I was told if there different hardware you would rather have installed that is not on the config page (soundcards ect...) just tell DS and they will special order it for you, install it and cover it under their warrenty. They will not cover anything you bring to or send to them. So special order with warrenty or buy yourself pay $35 to have it installed and tested with no warrenty, your choice.

Thats not correct, if they order a new part for you, you can't return it, but will have the warranty, who ever gave you that info is wrong

now if its used or they didn't buy it themselves then of course they are not gonna give it warranty, I would not give anything warranty unless I got it from the manufacturer myself, specially if the box is opened or anything like that.

That is what I was told today by DS. Of course they will not cover any hardware you bring in or ship to DS to install but DS said that most people think they will cover it. I was just trying to be helpful by passing on the info I was told.

That's correct. Also why is because, we add the price of (warranty, tech support, and labor) into the quote we give you for the special order request.

Warm Regards,
Alex

Well, id consider nowhere a place that only has 56k connection to internets.

Which also, coincidentally happens to be what widdlecat has!

But, ive been there for 2 years myself...

Actually, I connect at 26.4kbps... and I have a gaming laptop and hate it. Too restricted, too loud, too hot and too noisy. Also, too heavy for me to call portable. I'm wanting a pc that utilises space efficiently without sacrificing upgradeability and serviceability. The Sugo SG-03 is the smallest case that fits that requirement. It can handle a full sized vid card and with the new Lanparty Jr mobo (790GX chipset / sb750) it can run with the AMD 9950 BE cpu and oc well. I'm waiting on the AMD 20550 cpu tho. This mobo can also run CrossfireX with a pair of HD4850s.
