Found this on Tomshardware... a 24" monitor that trades off some features for a 1ms response time.  Specifically created for "console, RTS/MOBA-style, and fighting games".

1ms Confused  Wow.. I didn't even know this was possible.  Shows you where I've been lately, here's the best part....  DS offers one and I've never even noticed it. 
 
"Asus 24 inch VG248QE Series (144Hz Refresh Rate) (Black) (1ms Response Time) (LED Backlight)".  It's really hard to teach this old dog some new tricks.

The ASUS 24 inch VG248QE was my choice for a display when I purchased my Slade. While I can't provide numbers, I can attest to its beautiful display and quick responsiveness.

Got the fantastic vid card on my Vanquish, so a really (really) good monitor is next.  Hey DS, want more of my money?! ...  LOL
