What is the exact resolution on that 30" monitor? There are some 30 inch displays that large screen size but low resolution (like a normal TV monitor). If you're running a 30 inch with the high resolution of 2,560x1,600 -- then three GTX 570's in triple-SLI or two GTX 580's in dual-SLI will be perfect. Three GTX 570's will give you either equal or faster performance than two GTX 580's and may even be cheaper. However, please take note, some games do not support SLI properly like WoW, so you will not see any benefit from SLI in that game. Due to that, a triple-SLI setup of GTX 570's will only use a single GTX 570, whereas, a dual-SLI setup of GTX 580's will use a single GTX 580. Due to this, it may be better to get two GTX 580's so you can maximize your performance for games that don't use SLI properly. Almost all games do, just a small few like WoW.

The configuration looks good!
You don't really need three GTX 580's. If WoW is something you play a lot, you might be better off going with two GTX 580's due to the SLI scaling issue.

That config looks good tri sli 2.5GB is what you want for games like bf3, wow does not utilize sli correctly to begin with. IF you were going aircooled I would say go with dual sli 570 and add the third in there if you need it, remember the third card makes the least amount of difference.
ask DS to use xspc "rx" series rad and Scythe gentle typhoon fans on them for best performance and less noise. keep in mind in tri sli you will have no pci slots open. you have uv tubes you gonna want uv lighting so that they glow, right now you have blue lighting.
