The Titan X Pascal is the most powerful as of now. What's best for you depends on your needs, monitor resolution, etc. The most powerful and the best can be two different things.

That is like asking what race car is the best but never telling us what kind of a race.
F1 can be argued to be one of the fastest but its pointless if you bring it to a drag race and vise versa. The question you want to ask is what the best gpu for you, having the most expensive or biggest gpu in your system when you have no use for that much power is like putting very expensive race tires on your off road car that works best with off road tires. titan x pascal is the most powerful but the price is very high however so far its performance is little over the 1080. So you pay a lot more and you get very little in return right now. Edited by DST4ME - 04 Aug 2016 at 11:04am |

Agreed - Reviews seem to think highly of the 1080 from a power perspective. Several outlets feel the 1070 is the sweet spot for power intersecting with price. I'm sure either would work great for 1080p/60fps normal gaming. Rock solid 4K or VR might need a bit more power or a SLI/Crossfire scenario.
