My girlfriend is looking for a good router, what routers would you suggest that are fast and reliable? |

I'm assuming you mean wireless. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a universally good wireless router. Performance of wireless routers is highly dependent on the layout and makeup of your residence as well as signal congestion. Some routers perform better under some circumstances but poorly under others and vice versa.
I personally still use an old Linksys WRT54G which is sufficient for my needs. I've heard good things about the Netgear WNDR3700 from several different sources. |

Anything Cisco/Linksys should be good. They have one for.... 60 bucks I think. I know a bunch of people who have it and I had it at one time, very reliable.
