best set up rez 1920 x 1200

   I appreciate everybody's in put so far for helping me decide what to build and buy.  I do believe that I will be waiting for atleast a month more to determine whether to go with the new 9 series cards or stick with the 8 series.  
 
I have decided that I want to play my games at a 1920 x 1200 rez on a normal basis.  My question is what would be the best build for the money to go ahead and do this?
