I was told today that the 950Si case does not have enough 5.25 bays to do what I had in my latest ticket (354507). The touch 2000 had to go along with the card reader to make room for the LC system. I have found a case on newegg that I believe will handle all of this.

Does anyone know if DS minds using a case that is not in their lineup?

I don't recommend the Thermaltake either.

My advice is to get the Lian-Li if that suits your style/budget. If not, you can get the 950Si, but maybe go with an external card reader option instead?

the led fans are just bring noise and make your nice quiet LC system very loud, and then there is the touch 2000 which os not needed at all, software like realtemp and hwmonitor will show you more accurate temps then the touch will.

go with 2 x 5870 it will give dx11 support but if you are stuck on 2 x 295 then go ahead.

My main concern is that I get to show off the inside if this rig with a clear window, I do not like the ones with small holes in the side. That to me is not a window. I mainly want the Touch 2000 to measure inside case temps near the different fans located in the case. I was told if I use the 950Si in order to fit the two LC systems one 5.25 bay and the card reader slot can not be used. Using the 950Si case that leaves me with no card reader, no Touch 2000 and one 5.25 bay open. Is this true and if so I need another case that will hold the card reader, the Touch 2000 and two Optical drives. It would also be nice if I had a couple of 3.5 slots extra so I can add a hard drive or two later. Now the Million Dollar question is: Which case would do all this for me and have that all important CLEAR window?

I was told the Hail Storm would not work either. Sarah said I would still have to give up something.I think I have decided to go with the Thermaltake Armor + VH6000BWS, it has a great window and lots of other options.

I have the armor, it is a great case. Trust me.
But the Kandalf looks better :)
They are the same.
Do you have the side fan on it?

The VH6000BWS has a 230 mm clear fan in the side window, it has blue LED's in it. I guess I will not get an all red fan system system after all. That sucks big time. The all red fans and red case lighting with the white hose LC system would have looked great.

If you need a lot of 5.25" bays, and liquid cooling I would have went for a  Lian Li PC-A77
12 5.25" bays, a triple radiator mounts inside on the top, dual radiator can be on floor on front. ten times the build quality IMHO of the armor....

Lian Li is very good quality. And they look more simplified in style. I would actually go with Lian Li if it had the same quality in cooling.

I just saw the Lian Li PC-A77 specs. It is perfect.
I would go for that. IT eaven has cables behind the motherboard. Which the armor doesn't have, better airflow is gotten with this.

Any comments on the Silverstone TJ07-BW Aluminum ATX Full Tower Case, I must have a clear window to go with ticket 354507. This looks like the case I want, it has good reviews and it looks great. If anyone knows any Cons about this case post soon.

TJ-07 is a great case, I have built a few on it. Can fit a triple on the bottom easily and a double up top.
