MY PC is over 6 years old now and have updated the GPU and RAM but not the CPU, DS overclocked it long ago but after updates and things it is no longer and was wondering if its okay after all this time to OC it again? Was in the BIOS looking at the profiles and it's currently at default and it seems to have 2 different profiles but as I've not OC'd anything myself before not sure which one it was originally on.

As long as your cpu cooling is still good to go then go for it. The only caveat is, if you increased your ram or went with a higher clocked ram then your present oc settings might not work. But, give it a shot. Probably be OK but depends where everything sits.
