I have a Vanquish Level 3 and i jumped into my bios the other day and there is a Preset tuning option of Normal,Fast,and Extreme tuning that i can switch between, does this overclock the cpu? i have an i7-8700 the non overclock able version so i am just a little confused as to what it does to the system?

Motherboard is a Z370.
