Hey guys can anyone shed light to why everytime i change my resoultion in game. Or selecting to window mode or back to fullscreen my screen goes to black?

I just got my Vanquish today and it this keeps happening.

Driver issue maybe?

My first guess would be a driver update. After that I would suspect the monitor itself, especially if rebooting gets the new resolution.

Until I restart.

Just a note on that it appears this only happens with hdmi and display port.

Dvi doesn't have this issue.

Check what input in your monitor settings is selected to use.   If dvi is checked all is good when changing resolutions with a dvi input. If dvi is checked in monitor settings, then the monitor might have to reboot to auto detect any change in hdmi for example.

Just a guess of course.
