Hi, I'm new to DS and desktop PC gaming. However, I have spent a lot of time with gaming laptops and currently own a 2 year old Sager NP8150 with the NV 485M.

Does the Bolt Level 4 have the 120GB SSD for caching the mechanical drive or is it a regular split?

Does DS allow removal of some parts (eg. I don't need the OS and the DVD drive)?

Welcome to the forums!

The 120GB is a dedicated SSD, not for cache. The OS and DVD are required unfortunately to ensure we can provide a high-quality and properly tested product.

Can I configure the SSD to use 60Gigs as cache and the rest as a partition for storage?

Do you guys ship outside US? I know that the FAQ section says yes but I couldn't find information on payment methods for international customers.
