Those temps are perfectly fine. Anything in the mid 70's or lower is great for both the 3770k and your gtx 770. Even low 80 is safe but 70's or lower mean cooling is doing its thing.
Enjoy. |

Keep in mind you're talking a very small compressed case, and ambient temps play a huge factor for you. So if your room is warm, it's only going to increase.
But I mean, I play WoW pretty hard core, not to mention I stream. WoW is a CPU intensive game, more so than a GPU intensive game. For example someone with a 4770k and a GTX 760 will get more performance over someone with a 4570k and GTX 770.. So in other words... you're fine. You're below 50, in a small tight case, where room temps play an even bigger factor for you than someone with a large full tower case. And on that note, what server you play on? You pvp or pve? Link your armory, bro... |

How high do you go? I'm @ 4.4ghz on my main rig and hardly ever break 50... I'd have to run Prime95 for like 6 hours to get it into the high 50's low 60's. |

At 4.0GHZ underwater, it will top out at 53C after a full 24 hours of blend Prime 95.
