Just want to ask a general question to see if anyone else has maybe had similar issues. I noticed today the liquid in my loop wasn't moving looking through the sight glass in the res. I tapped the side of the res and the pump started working again. It has happened a couple of time since then, but has now been running going on an hour + w/o issues. I received the system back in early July so it's not old by any means. I'll have to disassemble the system after Christmas to make sure there are no loose cables or connections.

Check temps. If the pump is working sporadically, the cpu temps would shoot up when it stops pumping. You can use CPUID HWMonitor. If temps are ok and stable the pump is working. In the worst case, if the pump failed completely, the system will shut itself down before thermal damage is done.

I can clearly see the pump isn't working as the liquid isn't moving and my CPU temps jump to 95c+. I guess I will contact support and see if I can purchase another one.

You are still under the 1 year parts warranty so they will send you a replacement and you send back the non-functioning one. Also ask for coolant.
Good luck.
