Nope...your Bolt X is a very small form factor case...limited fit PSU. That’s why they only offer 2 special PSU unique to Bolt that work well in that case. It’s very challenging to pack all those heat generating components in a small enclosed space....
Contact DS Support to get a short list of PSU choices that will fit your X version Bolt case. |

With that small form factor case I think you should prob check with DS support first and see what they say... DS only offers two PSU for that case, and they are not offered with other cases....there will be reasons why DS only used those 2 PSU. They may even be custom ordered by DS for Bolt. See, there’s nothing standard about that Bolt case...it’s downsized to the max.
Most PSU are designed for roomy standard ATX sized cases or larger. There will be only a select few, if any at all, that can also mount in the DS Bolt X chassis, or ran cool enough to use in Bolt. (Bigger PSU means more heat) . Most SFF cases require a proprietary design PSU made to fit. You don’t find many using over 750 Watt because with a SFF and mini ITX motherboard you are limited in what you can use so not much extra power is needed. Better question is why? What are you putting in there that will require a bigger psu?
