Time Line Ordered: 12/1718 Stage 1: 12/18/18 Stage 2: 1/4/19 Stage 3: 1/4/19 Stage 4: 1/4/19 Stage 5: 1/7/19 Stage 6: 1/10/19 Stage 7: 1/10/19 Shipped: 1/10/19
Delivered: 1/16/19 Config Details Case: Bolt X CPU: Ryzen 2600X Cooling: Digital Storm water cooling GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Armor MOBO: ASUS RoG Strix 470-I Gaming Ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB Storage 1: 250gb Samsung 970 Boot drive Storage 2: 2TB Samsung 860 Storage 3: 3TB Hitachi HDD THE REVIEW (I will only be reviewing DS, meaning I will not be reviewing hardware or software of PC I will only be reviewing what DS is responsible for. People giving bad reviews because of hardware are ignorant) Choice of GPU The MSI Armor is perfect with my white exotic cable 11/10 Length of build/delivery It was busy season but it still took way to long, I know some people who have builds that took twice as long 6/10 Packaging Packaging was great, I would have liked a second layer of foam. 9/10 First look at rig When I first saw the rig I was blown away, I could not have been happier, it looked absolutely stunning with the black and white accent of the GPU and cables. I was contemplating getting the corsair water cooling but i'm glad i got the digital storm cooling, the RGB DS bolt on the CPU cooler is awesome. I did notice a little scratch on top of the pc case, it inst too bad, but its there forever hence the 9.9. 9.9/10 Wire Management Not perfect but not the worst, Better than what I could have done 8/10 Customer Service This is a difficult one because DS is very hard to reach, but once you have somebody helping you out they are great. ill give two rating here 5/10 on reaching someone who can actually help 8/10 once you get to someone who can help with what you need. Alex is the true champion I would give 6.5/10 overall but Alex bumps it to 7.5/10 Value SO I did some research and I'm paying about a 600$ charge for DS to make my system. This is a lot more than most companies but it isn't horrible. They do make it better with financing and free shipping was a plus, but I still believe they charge a bit to much compared to other companies. 6/10 Overall grade 8.5/10 I would recommend and I would buy again. Pictures coming (hopefully) soon P.S. Im having an ongoing issue with my RGB strip and the RGB cooler which is connected to the strip, it seems to only work for a little bit then turn of, no one can see to tell me what is wrong. |

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, looking forward to seeing photos too!
We're working on fixing the availability issue with our phone staff and with backlogs, we're making progress but will in full swing by end of February. |

Go to Windows Paint and re-size your photos to under 500 pixels. Should solve the problem.

When you resize make certain you keep the aspect ratio... or it looks weird...
