I am so excited πŸ˜€!! Cant wait to get this new laptop. I hope it is good though, havent seen any reviews for it but i have high hopes based on the decent start out specs for it. It is in stage 5 phase 2 stress testing. Its been in that stage since last wednsday. Do the pc builders work on memorial day?

Congrats.

The office isn’t open weekends , holidays, last I heard, but they do work to catch up on orders.    Officially, weekdays..... When needed, weekends.

Is it common for a laptop to be in stage 6 for 2 days? I see a lot of people who posted there build timeline and they went through stage 6 and 7 the same day.

@bushmaster22 yes I got it. it is awesome. I did not change anything for the regular specs when I bought it. most everything about it is above expectations. I play all games at max settings unless I change them so I can take better advantage of the 144hz screen. the only negative I have is the speakers. I wish they were a little better but they are not the worse I have heard on a laptop. I will give this laptop a 9/10. the build quality is very nice and I haven't had any issues with the laptop yet so that Is a major plus. it is a great laptop and there really is no need to purchase the step above this laptop unless you want perfect but this laptop is very close to perfect. I had to add a 2tb hard drive to it after I got it but it was my fault for not adding the extra storage when I ordered it.

Very cool...thanks for the feedback. Glad to hear that you liked it and it's running great.

I bought a DS laptop in 2011 and the laptop finally died last month...it won't stay on...there's a poor connection somewhere in the juice supply coming into the computer (battery or PS neither work and the pc shuts off instantly). The speakers were terrible back then...sounds like they still haven't improved much.

I'd still like to buy the Triton. Not sure if it's necessary to upgrade the RAM to 16GB or not. The laptop I had was running 8GB...I think it might be time to step it up a little. I'd also like to add additional storage, but maybe only swap the 250GB HD for a 500GB one.
