Brand New DS Rig - FROZEN

   I recently bought my new $4K DS rig and it keeps freezing right after the "Starting Windows" screen as the desktop is loading. 

Sometimes I don't even get to the desktop and it freeezes at the "Welcome" screen. (cursor and spinning spiral locks)

I called tech support and they are closed all weekend...WTF???

HELP!!!!!!!

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated...I'm freaking out!!!!!!!!!

	"IF" you can, carefully try re-seating the ram chips and the video cards... Also just check around carefully for any loose connections. BUT if you don't feel comfortable fiddling inside the chassi, just be patient and contact DS directly on Monday to assist you further. Don't freak out! DS will come through.
