Build me a pc for $2500-$3000 plz

Here's a build that gets you started.  I'm guessing on the video card since you didn't mention the monitor resolution you'll be using.  The RTX 2070 is great for 1080p and 1440p for all but the most demanding games.  I'm also guessing you'll be gaming on one monitor and the other for web, etc ?

I spent extra for the Samsung 970 EVO over the default DS m.2 drive.  The 970 uses the NVME bus which is many times faster than the DS m.2 that is SATA.

I added the Corsair ML pro fans, same as I have, for great, adjustable led lighting and dead quiet.  If you're not into lighting then the standard fans will save you $200.
