Hello, I placed my order on 11/17/2020 and the build estimation was 15-20 business days. As of today 12/24/2020 my order appears to still be in Stage 5 and has been there since 12/11/2020. I am trying to just get an anticipated time frame on when I can expect my order as I was originally going to give this as a Christmas present. I am unable to get a proper estimation from responses I have received from the Customer Service team to where I thought I would reach out to see approximately how long it took for other customers to receive their order? Thanks for your time and responses.

Get answers from the inside.... contact [email protected] (Head of Customer Service), [email protected] (Also very knowledgeable and really helpful) or even our good techie friend [email protected]... These are the people who can give you the straight scoop on what's going on with your machine.

You’re lucky. I ordered mine on 11/13 and I still haven’t passed stage 4.

I was hoping for a Christmas miracle too but it’s not looking like I will see mine till 2021. But you may be lucky, there’s another post about a person who ordered a Lumos with a 3080 on 12/13 and is already at stage 5. I was told it was first come-first serve but the only ones that know aren’t allowed to tell us

Following...I know it’s been a crazy year...I purchased a build with the 3080 on 11/30/20 and as of today 12/27/20 I’m still on stage 1....I’m anticipating February for my build. I really hope not...
