Bumped my head need help building my pc

   Budget:

1900 to 2500 like to stay closer to 1900

Expectations:

Want to be able to stream, use a capture card (I think I'm thinking if the right thing) so I can stream my console game play. Save and edit gameplay videos, while I'd like to play all they way on max settings it is fine if I cant nearish is fine. I like pretty pictures but not must

 I already have dual monitors with my ancient set up so I need it to use dual monitors also

Usage

Gaming, streaming, editing videos, capturing console gamelay

Special Needs:

I do have a carpet and to fluffy cats

Saved Ticket #: None. 

Specifications: I was already looking at a package. 

I didn't edit the package any. I was good one time with all this but my old job at FedEx I had a lot of boxes hit my head. This isn't probably enough info. I just can't think of what else to add
