Currently finalizing a new DS Gaming rig and now I'm trying to determine which large screen monitor.
Buy a Dell 3008 now or wait for the new u2711 coming out any day?? (reviews seem very positive for u2711)?
My new DS will have 2 X 5870s so I have the power to max out the resolution on either monitor.
The DS forum has always been good to me, so insight to help me decide would be greatly appreciated....THX!!!

One more question regarding displays - Do most people prefer 16:9 or 16:10 for gaming (u2711 and 3008 respectively)?
I am currently playing mostly WoW and GW and will be playing Starcraft II and GW2 (if they ever come out) in the future.
Let me know which monitor choice is better for gaming and why...as always THANKS!!!

for 2560 x 1600 I think the 30" is better. I like the 16:10.
