Buying my first DS system

I am looking to buy my first Digital Storm system after having the same laptop for quite a while and being very disappointed in its performance, even when I was doing basic tasks like opening power point files or other programs for my classes (I am a college student). I had initially considered buying a mac, but after discovering DS and doing a lot of research, the quality for the price of a DS system is too good to pass up. Before spending $1000-2000 on a DS system though, I had a few questions.

1.) I had been looking at the Cool Master 942 HAF X and was wondering if the front fan had red LED's standard or if I chose the option for blue LED fans if the it would change the color of the front fan or not.

2.) I have noticed that DS seems to offer a lot of overclocking options, but I was unsure about the stability an OC'd system. I had always been under the impression that an OC'd system was inherently unstable. I did notice that DS claims complete stability but I wasn't sure how well an OC'd system would last in the long run, because when I think of an OC'd system I generally think that it may be better now but may not be as reliable in the future.

3.) I had also wondered how loud a Cool Master 942 HAF X case would be with dual 120mm fans and whether or not it would be worthwhile to buy the noise reduction. I don't mind a loud computer, but I mostly mean whether or not it is unreasonably loud (I realize this is kind of a subjective question but I leave my computer on a lot at night and my computer is in my bedroom so I don't want it too noisy).
