This is a pretty retarded question but how exactly do you calibrate a monitor. I am getting a BenQ G2400WD and don't know what kind of programs I will need.

I don't calibrate either, not my TV or monitor

Alright thanks I have never done it either but I have read before that it should be done. Guess some people are weird about their settings.

Use a hardware colorimeter or use the software included by manufacturers or you can use other software like Adobe Gamma.
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.
