Can't Access my computer!

Okay, so I'm not sure that this is the right place to ask this but I've tried everything. My step dad gave me his old PC that he used at his work and I tried to factory reset it to get rid of all his stuff and it says I need an "Admin password" but he doesn't know it, and I have no way of figuring it out. I don't have access to another computer either so I can't simply make a USB to reset the password, and I've tried the boot up thingy but it says "access denied" and pretty much everything I try is password protected. So... is there anything I can do?
