Just got my Chassis Model: Digital Storm Lynx - Level 2

With that said I wasn't expecting a beast of a machine. I just wanted something plug and play that can run games half decent. What I got was a machine that's so far running worse than my 10 yr old self built.

Out of the box a fan was dangling and the rear of the case was bent. I was able to put the fan back on and with plyers bend the frame to be straight again. So fine, I get it 3000 mile delivery from CA to NY.

Upon boot up green matrix horizontal lines litter the screen from left to right. I tried another monitor to see if maybe it just didn't like this one. Still poor display at 800x fixed resolution.

Checked to see what was wrong. Drivers weren't being installed and Im stuck with error 43. I tried removing card to see if it came loose, nothing. I tried to update older versions of the drivers, nothing. I tried to use the recovery usb, nothing. I tried to update the bios, still nothing. I left a voice mail and am hoping tech support is aces and send me a new card or know an easy fix.

I wonder if its that I chose a low end sh*t machine or if I ultimately saved money not getting something fancier because right now I feel like I purchased a dead on arrival fancy paperweight.

*UPDATE* Support answered the phone promptly, was american and didnt make me do 100 unnecessary steps to send me a new GPU. Obviously, a plug and play computer out of the box is ideal. But, if you're going to have issues its nice to have this kind of customer support. Only thing I didnt like was they made me put down a security deposit at a value much higher than the gpu is worth.

Just try to imagine the blow it had to receive to BEND THE CASE. That rig, unfortunately, needs to go back and be replaced IMHO.
