As far as i know the 285's do have the dual link DVI connectors that the monitor requires. Kinda sucky that the monitor doesnt come with an HDMI connector though.

I'm able to run at 2560x1600 on my Dell 30" 3007WFP with either a single 8800GTX or a single GTX280.  Both satisfy the dual-link DVI-D requirement of Dell's 30" monitors.  I'm certain a single 285 does as well.

I do run SLI GTX280, but it is overkill for all my games, except for Crysis where the second vid card ensures smooth framerate throughout the game.  I mean, CODWAW at 130 fps + or do I really need 190 fps +?  Despite not needed, I do like.  Ouch
