Can DS offer Llano Laptops

These kinda would be something new because current Llano laptops are around $600-$900 but the thing I hate about buying it from lets say HP, is that you cant really customize.

I would really love it, if DS can offer Llano laptops because they are just the best deals compared to a sandy bridge laptop with Intel Graphics, which many of us know are not good.

Since DS DOES THE BEST TESTING FROM ANYWHERE I ASK, I would appreciate it and remember, this could boost the site's POPULARITY.

The DS xm15 & xm17 comes with an Intel Core i5 or Core i7 with an intregated Intel HD graphics and a dedicated Nvidia Geforce GT540m or GT555m.

The Intel HD graphics is perfectly fine for 1080p playback with no shuttering, but it's not good for heavy gaming. This is where the dedicated graphics kicks in such as the GeForce GT540m or GT555m. The laptops comes with Nvidia Optimus to allow you to switch automatically depending on the game or application you're using.

The AMD Llano is the same as the Intel Sandybridge with its own integrated GPU, as they claim, "slighty better than the Intel HD graphics," but it's not designed for heavy gaming.

I don't think we'll be offering Llano laptops anytime soon.

I understand. I just requested it for the low budget people like myself. I mean if at least AMD is offered as an option for the processor of  the laptops so the price would be a little lower.

I configured a xm15 starting from the 900+ and I still ended up with about 1,200.
I perfectly know that this site lowest price I can get with the same stuff(6gb, IC diamond, 3antenna intel wireless,i7 procsssor and 555m) with amazing 3yr warranty because I basically looked everywhere, so I don't want you guys to think that I'm complaining about the price lol.

Most definitely not. We always appreciate suggestions and ideas, at this time we don't see any new Clevo based laptops coming out that will use those CPUs.

Yup. I do like the design and power except for the speakers, I mean why are they at the bottom. I read 2 reviews that says its fine though.
I was thinking if it would be possible to include a height adjuster thing like on a keyboard. Eh getting off topic sry.

Anyways, I think I'll be patient and wait for other computer manufacturers to adapt to the Llano type laptops.

I appreciate that an Admin is answering all of my questions here. I'm loving this DS community lol
