Yes, you can.  DS has a kit that you can buy from them that will include a fan and a grill that replaces the 3 drive slots.  Give them a call.

I have no idea if it is in the upgrade section, but that particular case has air flow problems if you have an overclock or multiple slot vidcards that are hot.  At some time in the past they came up with that solution.  I was not able to get it because I have two DVD drives and a HD mounted in one of the slots.  You need three slots open to use this option. 

I do not remember the specific other than it was a 120MM fan and a black grill to replace the three slot covers.
 
Call them and they will be able to let you know if they can still provide it and how much it will cost.

HM, I don't think what you have listed is what he is looking for, the one you have listed is a fan for HDD-s

Scythe makes a fan bay kit with a 120mm fan and I've seen others that even include bays for HDD mounting behind the fan. I'd like to see DSO offer this as an option or in the upgrade section myself. Am I the only person who needs just a single optical drive and nothing else?? Tongue

That Item only helps to cool a HDD that is in that expansion slot/bay.  If you are looking for something to place in the bay take a look at this item:
