Uniformed Newbie question here:
I have ordered a new DS system with an 8800gtx video card and I am wondering if I will need to replace my existing monitor to use the system. My existing monitor opnly has analog input.
Specs on the 8800gtx say it has two DVI-I outputs. I am guessing I need a monitor with digital input.

You should be able to use your current monitor. EVGA and a lot of other manufacturers provide analog/digital converters.

The eVGA 8800GTX comes with 2 analog/digital converters. DS will put these in the parts box with the rest of the extra parts. (I have the eVGA 8800 GTX) |

It was already answered, but yes the converters are included. They will be in on the boxes DS packs with your system. It will have all of the extra parts - SLI bridge, cables, etc. If your monitor doesn't come with a DVI cable or it is too short, you can get a quality cable without spending an arm and a leg (i.e. Monster, etc)
