Can I use DSO to upgrade a current pc?

If I have a computer that I want upgraded, not component wise, but to upgrade to a new case, overclock, cable management, and possibly improved watercooling, could I send it in to DSO for them to modify for me?  I would pay them to do it of course, I just want to know if it is possible. thanks alot.

From my understanding, if you send them the components they will install them for free. I was told if I sent them a 230mm fan it would cost me nothing.
