always buy stuff online... a lot cheaper =d but if you want to buy it from your local best buy, they have it too. http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926INGFS10089152&catid=22559 |

I have tried the samsung226bw, samsung226cw, and Hp w2207.
I had all three of them infront of me. I was comparing them, while playing video games, watching dvds, and reading texts. I will only recommend the HPw2207, it's amazing. It's been a month me looking on monitors, comparing them, and testing... just get the HP. Go to best buy and look at both. |

I had the same question a month or so ago, many here recommended the Samsung 226bw. I did buy it and I love it! It works great with my new DS rig and I am happy with it. I did some searching the web and got a huge discount on price with free shipping through a merchant I found on Pricegrabber.com. |

Still a lot like the samsung 226bw, or 226cw just the fact it has 2ms. If you have the time to buy both samsung & HP2207, make sure they have return policy on them. Just compare them next to each other and see the difference. While playing video game and had both running the same game, the colors on the samsun VS Hp, it was like I am playing an older version on the samsung.
-226bw: Don't buy A, C, R panel. Make sure it's S-panel -226cw the Live color/ 97% gamut was horrible, I couldn't play video games because of the colors, and tried 1 hour fixing colors in game, still.... -HP 2207: Best 22" I have had. Colors are perfect |
