Can the Vanquish 7 level 3 run space Engineers?

Ive gotten lucky enough to get 4000 dollars but I only want to spend maximum 1,500 dollars on a PC or Laptop that can run Space Engineers and any modern games Decently or on High. Do you guys have any recommendations or can you answer my main question? Thanks in advance.

Vanquish 7 lvl 4 will run everything you want to run.

You didn’t mention the monitor resolution but if it’s a 1080 p, then the level 3 will play pretty much anything with its gtx 1060 and excellent cpu.   You won’t play some of the more demanding games on highest settings, but high settings should be good to go.

Thank You very much, another question, space engineers is recommended to have 16GB or RAM but the Vanquish 7 level 3 only has 8 GB. How would this affect me?

I haven’t played it myself, but it seems from others who do that 8 gb is ok but the game does look for more ram when the screen fills with more demanding rendering like planets, etc.    if it needs more than 8gb it will use the hard drive for temporary storage but slows .       

You can also add ram yourself very easy if needed.    Just get the same specs ram and plug it in.
