You'd probably have to go SLI to get decent FPS's in most games.
22 inch would do you just fine. Edited by sundowner - 15 Dec 2007 at 11:20am |

Can't go wrong with this very nice 22" Samsung monitor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001096 This is the same one sundowner listed. It got my vote too. There's also a $40 rebate on this monitor right now, plus you'll get free shipping ![]() Edited by commast - 15 Dec 2007 at 10:31pm |

Yep, Sillen...Since I think you have a card that will support resolutions up to 1920x1200, get a 24" monitor. I highly suggest a Samsung "syncmaster 245BW. The monitor is nice and rich. I don't think it has an HDMI port, just a nice flat monitor for your rich gaming needs.
It's definitly big but I have yet to find a flaw with it. there is no backlighting issue on my monitor, no bleeding lights, no poor screen assembly or dead pixels(dead pixels vary, sometimes you get them...sometimes you don't).

Are there any ghosting issues? For a 24" running a 8800 Ultra, there is a slight chance at 1920x1200 I would assume. Correct me if I'm wrong. ![]() Edited by Sillen - 16 Dec 2007 at 9:19am |
