Cant find game codes

Hi, I received my DS Lynx build yesterday and I noticed that I don't have the codes for the games that were supposed to come with the build.

- -- Intel Elite Bundle - Total War, PUBG, Gamer Sensei, Hitman 1, X-Moprh (Config # 2573300) - Quantity: 1 - Price: $0.00

I checked the binder and the accessory box and didn't see anything.

Welcome to the forum jawajabbers, and congrats on the new DS Lynx rig!     
I don’t see the DS “Verified Customer” badge, so the problem here could be related.    
You only get the DS badge if you are using the same email for your forum account as was used for the DS Lynx purchase....and that’s the email the game codes would have been emailed to.   

Game codes are normally sent along to you via email from DS, so just recontact DS and ask about getting them re-sent.

It's definitely the same email address. I guess I just contact them through the site?

Check your spam filter. Sometimes the game codes get sent there.

It may be the same address, but it is not the same address..    I know that doesn't make sense, but the addresses have to match EXACTLY like a password.

[email protected] is not the same as [email protected]... is it?

Contact DS about the game codes, they'll get them out ti you.
