I recently just purchased the x15e gaming laptop and I decided to continue looking up reviews for it. However, I was only able to find one review for this laptop. Why is this? Is it not a good machine? Just a little worrying to see that.

Most definitely not. Laptops are very popular systems for us, especially the X15E, however it does not look like a lot of customers have posted their own review for them.

You'll definitely love the unit when it arrives.

Thanks for the quick response! I will have to do all future customers a favor then and make my own review when I receive the unit. As for the estimated ship date, are Saturdays and Sundays added into that or are you closed for the weekends?

While the reviews customers write here on the forums are a good way of checking out Digital Storm's product and service as a whole, the numbers of reviews aren't a true reflection of the product quality. Because Digital Storm is a relatively small company, a smallish pool of reviews doesn't entail a bad product. In general, many more people don't leave reviews (even when 100% satisfied) than do. In the case of a boutique builder such as DS this means that there is a smaller chance of finding a product-specific review than larger companies. On the whole I'd say the per capita reviews are about the same, with DS obviously getting more favorable reviews than most Big%20Smile
