Hi, a friend wants to upgrade his card, and he's thinking of spending around $200 or less if possible, any card out there that is good for value and performance?

He plays on a 22'' 1680 x 1050 monitor, thank you for the help.

He plays WoW and will be playing SC2 when it comes out.

wait a bit, the GTX 460 mainstream Fermi's are coming out. 756MB version seems to be priced at $199. should supposedly be coming out within the month
