Hey guys, I was wondering if its possible just to get a case with Custom painting and nothing else from DS? And if so, how would I go about doing this?

Imo don't bother getting it from here, they charge an arm and a leg. Get it done locally. (And yes, I realize DS uses automotive paint, I got the same thing used on my Lian-Li Full tower inside and out for $50, including a sand blasting, primer, paint, and then clear)

Wish it wasn't soooo...but, can't help but agree with Zurginator...the cost at DSO is a bit too steep.  I just keep thinking that if they had more "paint" options and lower prices...the numbers of people selecting it would go up and so would the profits?  I Realize it takes a certain amount of designated room/materials/inventory and expertise to paint...and therefore the cost needs to reflect that...  But, hey, how efficient (profitable) can it be if most decline this option and the paint booth is empty more than it's filled?  Maybe, it's time to close the paint dept. shift the paint-employee to the assembly line?  Disapprove   Have you considered sub-contracting this out?
Personally, I wanted some kind of art work on my machine--something to separate it from the long unbroken string of black 932 HAF'S rolling off the assembly line.  Where's the individuality in that. Evil%20Smile  Call it vanity (if you like...) or pride of ownership... but, when you spend several "K" on a rig...I want people should notice...I shouldn't have to stick their head inside the machine (to see the wiring...) for them to see the worth of it. Angry

you could probly even doit yourself
all you need is some sand paper ( or easier, an electric sander)
some primer
and some nice paint

then all you have to do is sand the case
configure some sort of hook to hold the case in the air while you prime it
then paint it, you can do some cool stuff to the paint too like add gloss, or metallic flecks to give it a nice shiny look
