Digital Storm EXTREME: http://www.digitalstormonline.com/images/ultracase.jpg

Size is not a problem with me...i have all sorts of crazy areas to store PC cases.

I was actually curiuos if either had an LCD display with case/cpu/gpu temps, etc.  Are these offered, and if not, are they hard to install?

Which of these cases would you choose (everyone's opinion, really), and why would you choose that particular case?  While i'm going with a liquid cooling solution, air flow is still a concern for everything else in the machine, but it's not such a game breaker that i would pick one case over the other.

I was going to say that the Ultra is more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, the Extreme is a solid tower build with loads of room.

So, which was YOUR choice?  I'm interested in opinions ^^

My appologies!  This is the correct link for the cases:

At the very top of the Ultra it looks like there might be a screen/monitor/dial thingy for Temps and Fan Speeds, but i'm not certain.

Anyone own one who can post up?

I'm not sure which brand the ultra is, but here are some customer reviews of the extreme case on newegg : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163073

Ultra is a Cooler Master Stacker 83x.

I love the case just because of the looks but it might get dusty quite fast..

I have the ultra and its badass.  There are no dials or anything on it, from my understanding reading some tutorials in magazines it is not hard or expensive at all to install them yourself.

I also have the ULTRA case - Coolermaster Stacker 83(2?).

It's awesome - besides being huge, very spacious and clean throughout, it's look is sleek and modern - with so much grating, it's practically wide open, too.

Best case I've ever owned.

I kinda have the extreme. The normal extreme is a TJ-9... I have the TJ-10 (only differance is I have a door which is MUCH cleaner looking IMO. It is really big lengthwise.. lots of room! Easy to clean and is very accessable inside. One of the pluses is that the hard drives are kept in a seperate compartmment (the raptors can get warm!)

No matter how many times I see that paint job, I can't get over it.. How cool the insides look being the same shade of blue... I would call her "Deep Freeze." Smile

Wow the extreme does look hawt!  I don't dig the paint job (i prefer just one color with minor customizations), but it does look nice with the blue on the inside (which is the same color i'm getting).  I also like how the PSU is sitting on the bottom and not the top...always thought that was retarded because being at the top, it's a pain to get in smaller cases.

Does the PSU sit on the bottom in the Ultra also?

The Ultra has space for a PSU at the top and one at the bottom.

I'll also recommend the Coolermaster 830.  I'm a current owner and not only is it a nice looking case, its also huge for plenty of future upgrades.  It's also very easy to open for different adds, and removing the mobo.

Now if i can just find out wth is wrong with my current PC so i can get my "fix" for the gaming addiction until my DS machine gets here.  I'll problably post it in the troubleshooting forum and see if anyone can help.  That thing, so loyal it has been, will become my windows home server Wink
