Considering the two items I had before the change below, a 8800GTX 768 and the 850 WATT Thermaltake, would one 8800Ultra require a bigger PSU and different cooling?

And, what is the difference between the 8800GTX 768 and the 8800Ultra 768?

850W is fine for both cards.

The ultra is higher clocked and faster so it performs better than the GTX.
