Computer games have been popular for spreading violence and are sometimes blamed for a players' misunderstood behavior, but not anymore.

There are online games which are more relaxing, help you find inner peace, and provide a more serene atmosphere.

I love Home Sheep Home and Echogenesis...

Any suggestions on games that help you relax and fight anxiety?

Video games (dangerous violent shooting games)can cause damage to the brain (according to legit research) and this raises concerns especially to children who are hooked into vid games. It can weaken their brain and may cause dementia later on and other diseases. Playing vid games can be an addiction especially if you find it hard to stop or switch into another form of much relaxing games. Parents could seek counseling services online, ReGain , to assist them in helping their child deal with this problem.

You are right, there are games for everything, like there are different people in the world, different dog breeds, flowers and basically everything in life. It's just that media usually picks and choose the genre that has produced at least a few negative results through the years of gaming. There are many more genres to helping build your memory and cognition than the ones making you murder someone.

I've been playing Stardew Valley for a while to relax, but don't blame me for what i will say. Minecraft is the ultimate relaxation for me. Turn on the slow pacing mod and start building :)
It's not only for children, it can be intense, just find the mod in Curse library which will have "quest" in them. Those are usually the relaxing ones.

To be honest, I find any game on Nintendo Switch relaxing. But it requires buying it uhh.. And then the games uhh..
I used to play Euro Truck Simulator or Stardew Valley to chill and listen to some music.
