Cinebench R23 - 13900KS

   What is a normal score for this processor? All the reviews online are mostly 39-40k points.

My Aventum X only initially scored 27,839 and for some reason the UEFI was limitimg the CPU to only 150 watts, so I changed it to Unlimited and got 36,479. However now the temps are vicious! Basically never dropping below 100C with any kind of workload?! Also, a red LED light on the motherboard turns on solid every time I run a benchmarking program. I understand this is a hot chip, but is this really normal, or is there something wrong with the cooler mount?
