I love compressed air with a plastic vacuum cleaner tip wrapped in electrical tape. This prevents static electricity potential. Generally I place the vacuum on the opposite side that I'm blowing from to catch dust. If some dust won't dislodge, I like a wad of tape wrapped around the end of a straw/skewer to stick to dust like a lint roller. I'm a little OCD with computer cleanliness, but with pets, I find myself cleaning it a couple times a month.

Are you just trying to remove dust inside the PC? Compressed air is best (don't have the can upside down).
