Hey guys. i wasn't too sure where i should post this so General discussion it is!

I ordered my system from DS system on May 25 and have been anxiously checking the Tracking number from FedEx periodically. I should mention that i live in Canada BC as well. The package says it is in Portland Oregon but as you may guess there is a clearance delay on it.

When i contacted FedEx i got sort of a run around the girl said she didn't know what was going on with it. So my question.. has anyone had a similar experience to this? I assume it may be a paperwork issue of sorts?

Anyway i'm just anxious to get the system, any insight would be appreciated!

I would say give it a few days, we've seen that happen frequently. No need to worry.
 
If it doesn't change after a few days get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do for you.
