I have two 250 gb hard drive in raid 0 and one is going bad. I want to replace with a single NON-Raid 500 gb drive. The 2 raid drives have a C: drive with operating system and data, and a D: drive (partition which contains a recovery of operation of original windows)  C: is NFTS and D: is FST 32.
Problem is 1) How to clone C: and D: together like original
                  2) How to wipe out Raid 0 ( I guess in Bios)
                  3) Will it work or will there be conflicts with software looking for Raid 0
                  4) Can you clone 2 drives (C & D) at same time ?

Thats one of the problems with raid, once you go raid you can't go back.

if you want to use a single hdd instead of raid you have to do a fresh install.

you can clone the raid to a single drive and use it to restore from, but you will not be able to boot off of that single drive to os.

you can clone raid or two separate drives to one hdd, but in case of separate drives it will not be done at the same time.

raid is chosen in bios.
