I have a question will my pc be damaged sitting in a freezing cold fed ex trailer? My pc was going to be delivered on the 13th, but it has a pending delivery date now. I called fed ex they said it might be stuck in a trailer waiting to be unloaded. DS fed ex sucks!!!

I don't know, but cardboard and foam are pretty good insulators, and your rig is wrapped up in those. My last rig shipped cross-country over both the Xmas & NY holiday weekends (2017) where they just sat for 3 days each, and then hit a blizzard. Total 12 days en route, perfect out of the box. Hang in.

Cold is not bad for computers at all.

If you're worried about it, just leave the box in your house for a couple of hours before unboxing it, but cold (to a certain extent) is nothing to worry about.

This is always the procedure I have used and never had an issue up in the cold ND winters.

Yea, like everyone said. The cold wont bother it. Just sit it inside to get to room temp before turning it on.

Not trying to scare ya or anything but I did see someone post a pic of the cold weather turning their water cool solution into a slushie lol. I'm not sure if it was fake or not either but I'm sure if it is the case then you just gotta let it thaw out overnight.
