Come on guys

So I made the jump and ordered my first Digital Storm system (ODE lvl 1), and since I needed a keyboard and speakers, I ordered them with the system. My computer went through the stages and I got more and more excited. On 12/29 I got an email saying that my machine passed the QA check, so I eagerly awaited the email saying it had shipped.

Yesterday (1/1), I got a call from DS, and the guy said that both the keyboard and speakers were discontinued. I said that I'd be happy to switch them out for other options, so we made the switch, and I got the emails detailing the changes to my order.

Today (1/2), almost exactly 23 hours after changing my order, I receive another call saying that the keyboard just placed on my order yesterday has also been discontinued. When given the option to switch or just remove the keyboard from my order, clearly this time I chose to just remove it.

The first time I can understand. Computer inventory systems get hosed up, the website was out-of-date, whatever. But when you have a live person call me and switch my order to another product, please ensure that product is on-hand. I only ordered the keyboard and speakers at the same time because it was convenient. Now a $50 keyboard has presumably held up my $2000 order for 48 hours...not convenient.

Not a big deal; I'm just venting. I'm still very stoked about my new system. Can't wait to take it for a test drive.
