I am planning for another GTX 768 MB card later on , when the price will go down a little bit more. Is the 850W PSU enough for 2 8800GTX cards ?

Yes, 850W will be enough for a SLI config.

everything looks good =)
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

?????? Which optical drive are you going with ???? 
 
Everything else is fine but you may want to think about getting a soundcard instead of the built-in audio.
