Compaq presario CQ56 wireless drivers

GF got this laptop, and we reinstalled windows 7,  but now the wireless connection is not working / detecting any connections. I downloaded the drivers from the website but its not working.

Network Adapter(s): Realtek RTL8103E family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)
 
Every time I click on "Connect to a network" it doesn't show anything.
There was no driver CDs with it.

You need to find the drivers for your actual wireless card. That network adapter is wired, hence the name having "ethernet" in it. I don't think Realtek makes wireless chips, do they? Usually it's Atheros, Intel, or something.
