Competitor is deplorable.. so thank you DS!

Thanks to Ronda and John For your hep I’m not making me feel retarded or bothersome. I had the misfortune of almost buying a PC from *competitor*. Working with nick was a sh*tty experience to say the least. I emailed him over sixty times in three days asking specific questions and opinions of their group.

I was met with annoyance and emails such as “really dude?” “We don’t have time to email you every five minutes...”

He then went to tell me after I asked how to do maintenance on liquid cooled if I got it and said “really dude wth?” So I said it’s shocking if someone is going to pay $6000 on a pc don’t I have a right to understand what I’m getting into?

Fast forward 350 emails to Digital storm no one made me feel dumb or stupid. I dropped $5900 on a pc from them and they continue to be supportive.

I even sought out to a *another competitor* pc, and this was their response to my thread:

“I don't see a final build here, ​​I can only see the communication thread you had with Nick over at *competitor*.

I must admit, I'm very shocked with the type of service they've offered you so far. I assure you we'll never talk down to you the way that *competitor did. Them having "reservations about doing business with you" because you're asking questions is extremely disrespectful in our opinion, and we assure you that you won't be treated that way here.”
