Today, I was trying to buy a desktop, I ended up choosing the option of financing with bread to pay it off in 24 months, since paying it all at once would be a lot. After setting everything up and getting the credit with Bread I headed to check out and everything seemed fine and went fine until the end were we clicked purchase. The problem is nothing happened after that, we didn't get a confirmation email or an order ID to check if the order actually went through or anything. Our cart now also says its empty, which does lead me to believe it went through but we have no way to actually be sure and we didn't want to make an error and end up buying 2. My question is if this is something normal that happens when you choose to pay with bread, and if you need to wait for them to get in contact with you or send you the confirmation email? If anyone can help thanks a lot!

The problem may be as simple as the fact Bread is located in NYC, and DS is in California. Time zone thing, complicated by working from home thing? DS can't give you an all-clear until Bread gives them a go-ahead. DS is available 8-5 Pacific time. Have your the numbers from your "cart" handy and give 'em a call.

Sorry, not in any mean way but I couldn't really understand the last sentence. Do I have to just give them a call? Oh and btw I didn't get any number from my cart or anything so I don't know how i'm supposed to do that. |

When you have your build the way you want it in the Configurator, you click "add to cart". On the "Your Cart" page where I assume you couldn't check out because (maybe) Bread was unable to contact DS, there are two numbers. One in the right corner is a SKU ID, and the other is right next to it: the "Config ID" number. I don't know which they would rather have from you, so I thought it might be a good idea to have both ready. I'm very sorry I missed the part where your cart is now empty. If you don't call, how do you get it sorted out?
